With over a decade teaching in London schools, I understand the pressures teachers, students, parents face every day. As a qualified Child & Adolescent Yoga Therapist, I bring trauma-informed, breath-led yoga therapy into schools – creating space for dysregulated, overwhelmed bodies to slow down and rest.

What I Offer
Yoga Courses
4 or 6-week courses incorporating playful, mindful, and breath-led movement. Sessions include postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation to support focus, regulation, and resilience in and out of the classroom.
Half /Full Day Workshop
1:1 Yoga Therapy
A package of sessions for young people experiencing anxiety, low mood, emotional overwhelm, trauma, or neurodivergence. Adapted and personalised to each person's pace. A holistic and preventative health approach that has a myriad of benefits.Small groups focused on developing regulation and mindfulness tools to support them manage symptoms of anxiety and depression.
